Secure connection between the roller shutter curtain and the roller shutter shaft

SELVE suspension springs form the proven connection between the roller shutter curtain and the roller shutter shaft (octagonal shaft). The springs are made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant spring steel. They are available in various lengths and with different fixing options, and a distinction is also made between versions for mini profiles and maxi systems.

Fixing – screwing on, hooking in or screwing in – is possible on all shafts from SW 40 to SW 70. In addition to the classic suspension springs, this provides further fixing methods, depending on the roller shutter profile, shaft design and structural situation. SELVE thus covers various requirements regarding hook-in, screw-on or twist-lock fixing. Our suspension springs are suitable for both manually and motor-operated roller shutter systems.

SELVE continuously expands its range with practical solutions. A recent new development is the hanger and fixing spring with a twist-lock mechanism: the component is inserted into the square perforation of the roller shutter shaft (octagonal shaft) and locked in place with a simple twisting motion. The locking hook protrudes only minimally into the shaft. This reduces the installation space required and allows use especially in roller shutter shafts with 40 mm and 50 mm width across flats when drives are used.
