The rigid connection between the roller shutter curtain and the shaft
The SecuFix rigid shaft connector creates a secure connection between the roller shutter curtain and the roller shutter shaft (octagonal shafts SW 40, SW 50 and SW 60). Unlike conventional suspension springs, SecuFix fixes the curtain rigidly to the shaft. This keeps the roller shutter firmly closed, enhances security against break-ins and ensures smooth, reliable operation.
Manufactured by SELVE in Germany since 2019, SecuFix is designed specifically for drives with torque-dependent shut-off (Plug & Play). The rigid connection gives the motor the direct feedback it needs to shut off reliably when the lower end position is reached. The patented twist lock enables quick, screw-free assembly, and SecuFix is available in various lengths to suit different box sizes.
SecuFix Push & Go is the latest generation. It builds on the proven technology and adds a tool-free, one-handed quick-release mechanism. The newly developed securing lever engages securely in the rectangular perforation in the shaft and can be released just as easily when required, so assembly and disassembly need no tools.
