A high-quality articulated arm awning deserves special protection: using the SE Breeze-com is the simplest and most cost-effective way to protect an awning from wind damage. An acceleration sensor integrated in the drive detects the movement of the fabric and gives the command to retract. Installing a separate wind sensor is therefore no longer necessary.
The sensitivity can be set in 5 levels and can also be deactivated. Thanks to the 5-core connection cable, this unique radio function is also active when the drive is used purely as a wired unit. SE Breeze-com drives can therefore be operated either with commeo radio transmitters or, alternatively, with wired switches.
The drive is adapted to the specific characteristics of the different articulated arm awning types - from the option of limit position setting and compensation of fabric elongation to the optional fabric-tensioning function. The focus is always on fast initial setup and years of flawless operation of the awning.
All standard advantages of SELVE drives with electronic limit shutoff are also found in this drive type. Parallel connection of several SE Breeze-com drives is possible.
Available in BR 2 (from tube Ø 50 mm) and BR 3 (from tube Ø 70 mm).
SE Breeze-com drives are supplied without adapters. These and the pluggable connection cables for BR 2 drives must be ordered separately.

With the SE Breeze-com awning drive, you make your awning significantly safer, more convenient and more durable. The integrated wind detection with acceleration sensor reliably protects your awning against wind damage: as soon as critical vibrations on the awning fabric are detected, the awning retracts automatically - even when you are not at home. This keeps the fabric, arms, frame and the fixing to the façade in perfect condition for longer. The wind sensitivity can be set in five levels or completely deactivated if required, allowing your specialist installer to adjust the drive precisely to your awning and your personal preferences.
For you, the SE Breeze-com primarily means greater operating comfort in everyday life. The drive is hybrid (radio and wired) and can be conveniently controlled via commeo radio transmitters (hand-held or wall-mounted) or via conventional blind switches. Thanks to automatic limit position setting, your awning always moves to the optimal position. On cassette awnings, the motor ensures gentle, flush closing of the cassette; on open articulated arm awnings, a point shutoff or a short relief run can be set - noticeably relieving the fabric. Fabric elongation that occurs over time is automatically detected and compensated, so no manual readjustment is necessary.
Particularly attractive for you as a homeowner: your existing awning can often be retrofitted with an awning drive with wind detection. The SE Breeze-com is suitable for small and large articulated arm awnings - regardless of the fabric pitch or the position of the awning on your house. This allows you to conveniently upgrade your existing system: your awning is motorised, reliably protected against wind and can be operated flexibly by radio or switch - a value-enhancing modernisation that noticeably increases comfort, safety and weather protection in your everyday life.
